Giulia Hoogenbosch is our Principal Lawyer dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of law in a way that is simple to understand, and results focussed.

Having lived in both Spain and Latin America for almost four years, Giulia is bilingual in English and Spanish. This immersion in different cultures has cultivated a profound appreciation and empathy for the challenges faced by migrants. Giulia offers a unique perspective and an unwavering commitment to overcoming these obstacles and achieving successful outcomes for her clients. With a deep understanding of the complexities involved, Giulia expertly assists clients with work, business, partner, student, and tourist visa applications, to citizenship applications and visa refusals and cancellations. Her advice is transparent, easy to understand, accurate and results focussed.

Qualification

Giulia has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and she is listed on the Register of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia, with jurisdiction to appear in all Australian Federal Courts. Giulia studied a double degree in Law andInternational Studies from Deakin University, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
